Pros: Staff were very helpful, guiding us to useful places and local shops and restaurants.

Cons: No dislikes

Pros: The staff were lovely particularly the gentleman who checked us in and told us about his visit to Ireland before Covid. Location is great, very central and close to Metro. Room was very spacious and the sofa bed in the kitchennette area which had a partition door made it feel like a separate room for our teenage son.

Cons: Bin wasn't cleaned properly but that can happen, room was cleaned again on our second day and was spotless. Could do with a chair at desk or comfy chair in main living area, nowhere to sit in there except on the bed. Tvs were dated but worked OK.

Cons: Room is not soundproof. Service not great.

A wonderful hotel suite - would stay here again.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Ako Suite Hotel. The staff were exceptional - friendly, professional and charming - special mention to Juan! The room was perfect for my needs - very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. I needed an iron and one was brought to my room which was super helpful. The cleaning team were also wonderful. The location is excellent and I found I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go.

Cons: There isn't anything to not like - the staff were approachable and anything that would have been a problem would have been dealt with.

Clean environment and a great location.

Pros: The location, cleanliness, and comfort are excellent.

Cons: The fact that the toilet's door and walls are glass poses a privacy issue.

Pros: 1. 24/7 reception 2. an option to leave your luggage before the check-in and after the check-out 3. spacious room 4. the staff quickly helps if needed (e.g. I had an issue with the safety box, they fixed it the same day) 5. there were 2 small bottles of complimentary water

Cons: 1. didn’t find cutlery in the kitchen 2. racks for towels were located in not really convenient places 3. the hair dryer was fixed to the wall, and its cord was too short for comfortable use 4. the room was missing a toilet brush 5. (just my personal opinion) the toiletries had an overly strong scent

A very comfortable stay in a great location with excellent facilities.

Pros: The location was excellent. It was easy to explore the city both on foot and by public transport. The hotel was very clean, well organized, and had great facilities.

Cons: Please note that this property is more suitable for couples, as the bathroom and toilet have frosted glass with patterned design.
