Pros: I loved all the facilities that have allowed us to enjoy our time in Barcelona to the maximum without worrying about luggages.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr sauber.

Pros: We were four people staying at Acta Splendid. We had a very pleasant stay. We booked a four-bed room and the size was perfectly fine. We only stayed there overnight, as we were out all day exploring. The rooms are very well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, and a BIG COMPLIMENT TO THE CLEANING STAFF. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. I would also like to mention that I have previously stayed in 5-star hotels here in Barcelona, and the cleanliness was not as good as at Acta Splendid. Be proud of your cleaning staff — they are doing an excellent job. Keep it up! And yes, we will definitely come back soon. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Great location to explore Barcelona from. Near to some great restaurants and bars.

Pros: Location was perfect. Very comfy bed and good bathroom.

Cons: Lighting - spotlights over your face in bed was a bit full on.

Wonderful stay, rooms are big, modern and the location is really central.Real value for money.

Pros: Great location, staff were amazing. Rooms are modern, big and beds very comfortable.

Cons: Some of the rooms have very thin walls. You could hear everything in the corridors. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and the staff obliged.

Pros: The room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The hotel is close to the Universitat metro station, a bus stop, pastry shops and convenience stores. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons: Sound carries easily from the hall into the room; fortunately, our neighbors were mindful and kept their conversations brief. Weirdly, the duvet wasn't in a standard cover but was layered between two flat sheets. If you’re a restless sleeper, be prepared to get tangled in the sheets by morning!

Pros: It was well situated, comfortable, and the staff was really nice

Cons: The walls were quite thin, and therefore in the mornings you could easily hear people passing by or the cleaning staff

Cons: Walls are too thin and you here everything from room next to you and halls. Also there is no option to adjust heating , and in was unbarably hot in the room even with the open windows

Pros: Incredible location, close to the metro, just in front of the hotel an amazing Bar La Principal located for food. The stuff was friendly, the room is spacious, clean, and well air conditioned with pretty view of the street. Also there is place to store your luggage before-after you check out. Highly recommend
