The big hearted Little palace

Pros: A small palace with a big heart. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel, and room were clean and smelt fresh. The bed was comfortable, the room a good and the towels etc changed for clean ones every day or on request. Further, the breakfast arrangements were good and there was plenty on offer. In addition, the hotel is situated within walking distance of most attractions (Gaudi buildings, Sagrad Familia, main shopping streets etc). There is a bus stop opposite the main door on the central pavement and the metro is about a minutes walk away. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and minimarkets nearby I felt the hotel was good value.

Cons: The view from the roof top wss limited.

Great choice of hotel for a city break in Barcelona, complete with a rooftop pool

Pros: Fantastic staff - we were welcomed by Edu and Jose in reception when we arrived, and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to Las Ramblas and the old town, has comfortable rooms with a good shower, and a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety. An extra bonus is the rooftop with sunloungers, a small swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

Pros: Closeness to all the main attractions and the beach. Lots of things to do around the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons: It looks different than the photos.

Pros: The property was in a perfect location not too far from the city centre. The room was clean, the beds were comfy. The staff especially were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the property.

The location of the hotel was great; all the city's main transport lines were in front of it.

Pros: The location of the hotel was great, all important lines of city transport were in front of the hotel. Of course, since the hotel was located on a busy street, there was a bit of street noise in the rooms, but it didn't bother me much. At the same time, all important hubs and attractions are also just a short walk away. It is important to definitely note the administration's promptness and responsiveness in solving all possible problems, which were solved immediately, not after an hour or two.

Great place to stay when visiting Barcelona

Pros: The hotel was ideally situated in Barcelona, with only a 5 min walk to the top of La Rambla and close to great places to eat and drink. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: We drove to Barcelona as part of our trip around Europe and therefore needed parking. We weren't told just how difficult the basement parking was to navigate when we booked. Great for Fiat 500 but not for our Nissan SUV. We managed though without scraping the paint, Just! Also the lift was out so we had to navigate stairs and corridors of the basement, filled with linen trollies with our cases and 2 dogs.

Pros: The staff is amazing. They were so accommodating and helpful.

Pros: The location is perfect (everything is easily accessible not only by metro but foot also), the beds are really comfortable, the room was clean, silent, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
