The level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff was truly outstanding, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment. Pros: Everything was great, the hotel was spotlessly clean, small details made the change (treats at the reception, toothbrush and shaving kit, high quality bed linen), its location, its ambience, and above all the staff was amazing (especially Marta).

Wonderful base to explore Barcelona.

Pros: Great location close to two metra lines, shopping and great places to eat nearby. Nice to have a bar for a nightcap after dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful in recommending places for dinner and responding quickly to any requests.

Nice hotel, but need slight improvement in spa facillities

Pros: Nice hotel, in the center, close to everything. Clean, good breakfast, polite staff.

Cons: It has a sort of spa, but it is not incuded in the price of the room, not even a steam bath. I underestand that uou have to pay extra for massage ect, but 16eur for 20min of steam bath per person, too much.

Pros: The design is modern, stylish, and immaculately maintained, with a welcoming lobby that immediately sets the tone. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and high-quality linens that made it hard to leave each morning. Soundproofing was excellent, which is no small feat in such a lively city.
