The accommodation was perfect for 6 adults and our host was efficient and welcoming.

Pros: Fantastic location. Spacious apartment with good natural light. Comfortable and warm.

Cons: The cleaning could have been more thorough.

Pros: The photos dont do the place justice it’s very nice the location is amazing very easy to travel all over the city, no issues with damage deposit money being returned. Fernando was lovely man.

Pros: The location is perfect. The place is really spacious. It has everything to stay. It is not new and modern, but it is ok. There was enough hot water for 4 adults and 4 children to take a shower. There was coffee, tea and spices.

Cons: Blankets should been put in double bed sheets for blankets, not single ones just under the blanket. Towels were clean but worn out.

Great big apartment in central location

Pros: Apartment is really, really centrally located, you can walk to all main Barcelona atractions. Apartment is big enough to nicely accomodate big group (we were 7), with 4 separate bed rooms, 2 toilets, hot water for everyone). Equipment of apartment is bit old, but you see from pictures what you are getting - we do not need to stay in super modern place. There is Aldi just below apartment (open Mon-Sat 9-21) and lot of nice restaurants.

Cons: Have to say that sound isolation of building is really poor - you can easily hear people next doors (even their clock beating :D ) It was extermely quiet during night, but if you know you are not quiet group (e.g. going to party and returning loudly in middle of night), this will not be a best place for you. We were with 4 kids 7-13 and did not had any issues during stay, were able to normally talk and live in quiet hours, just asked kids to do not scream. Also - for heating - you have to keep in mind that in Spain they are not over heating apartments. There were sufficient amount of blankets to keep everyone warm, but you will not able able to wear shorts inside in winter month.

Overall it is a great apartment for what you pay for.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location and offers great amenities.

Cons: There was only air con in one room and the curtains let a lot of light in so sleeping was not the easiest.

Vacation with friends

Pros: The location is great. We were 8 adults and a child. Each couple had a bedroom. It is a very comfortable apartment - it has a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, living room, toilet and bathroom with toilet. There are two Metro stations nearby. Also in front of the apartment there is a bus stop. There is a walking street near the apartment where there are a lot of restaurants and stores.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like is that from 21:00 to 08:00 in the morning you should be very quiet. The neighbors knock on the wall if you are loud or even worse call the police. That's why we only slept in the apartment and took a shower.

Great location, great apartment.

Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was easy. The location was fantastic. No issues at all on checkout.

Pros: Very pleasant stay, quiet, spick and span apartment.
