Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The location is also perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again

Had a great stay and the staff made it so easy to enjoy

Pros: Great location, close to centre. Staff were incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. Great large room with a balcony.

Pros: I liked the receptionist that welcomed us because you rarely meet a member of the staff who can remember the name of all the people who stayed in the hotel.

Cons: I had a room facing the main street and sometimes the outside noise is disturbing.

Pros: Really cheap for a really good quality room and we felt very safe.

Cons: The soundproofing could be a bit better considering the park just outside the window.

I prefer to stay

Pros: The hotel is in a very good location, near the metro station. Our room was quiet, clean, and large enough. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Enrique, who was extremely supportive.

Cons: I would suggest a few improvements: slippers could be provided in the room, and the breakfast could be more varied and plentiful.
