Italy 🇮🇹

Pros: The staff at the reception were so welcoming and sweet, definitely beyond our expectations. The room clean and cosy. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the location was still perfect for us because it is close to the metro station and on the line that goes directly to the airport. In order to visit many attractions, you have to change metro lines, but it was not a problem for us.

It was pretty cool to stay at 19th floor.

Pros: Good location, close to the airport and well connected to the city center. I like how hotel looks, and it was comfy. Great breakfast. And surrounding area has one big shopping center and various cafes and restaurants.

Pros: Very nice hotel a few minutes walk from Europa Fira metro station. Nice rooms, smiley staff. Unique design of the hotel.

Nice and cozy experience

Pros: The hotel is good value for money. The location of the hotel is very good, offering multiple options for connectivity, there are restaurants nearby and also a nice shopping mall. The area around the hotel is pretty safe even at night times. The hotel staff is very helpful.

Cons: There is nothing in particular to complain about. Just 1 recommendation, the breakfast could have more options.
