Lovely stay

Pros: Location was great, 500m from Metro L10 , close to various restaurants and supermarkets. Bed very comfortable the buffet breakfast was good value. Taxi stand directly outside the hotel

Pros: We really enjoyed staying at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Marc at reception was extremely helpful guiding us to good restaurants and also upgrading our room as we were initially given a double twin room with separate beds. His colleague, Rachel was very nice and reserved us a table at a nearby restaurant the day we checked in. The cleaning staff left us candy and the reception desk left us a very nice card for Valentine’s day.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like were the windows and the noise from a dog barking at night somewhere on the street. The windows were not noise cancelling but the walls were. We never heard anyone from the other rooms.

Practical location for our purpose, comfy and clean room. Great facilities.

Pros: We were attending a concert and Palau Sant Jordi, the hotel's location was perfect, direct route up to the venue , 15 min walk.

Great value for money , impeccable service.

Pros: It was clean, the reception was huge and welcoming, staff was very kind and helpful, room was clean and overall the service was great.

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like, only inconvenient (probably not a common problem) but our bathroom was missing a toilet brush ( room 810, if the management will se this review you might want to replace that)

For 1 night it was perfect.

Pros: The Hotel was very nice and modern, the room was confortable, and new , the girls to reception were very kind and helpful...I like, that we have to leave the room only 12.00h:)

Professional staff and great location

Pros: The helpfulness of the staff was at another level, very professional. The position of the hotel was perfect for us, also the quality/price ratio was excellent. Very good breakfast. At the bar you can get served by a robot, wow.

Cons: The food in the restaurant could be better (we had dinner twice).
