Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We arrived early to drop off our bags, but we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already ready for an early check-in:) The rooms were clean and well-kept. I really appreciated the kettle with coffee and tea, as well as the water and sweet treats. The bathroom had all the essentials and a hairdryer. There was option to buy a breakfast – the buffet was tasty, especially the fresh juices. One thing I will never forget: the pillows! They were the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. The location is also very good, close to the L1 metro line and nice bars nearby:)

Really good but not a 4 star hotel

Pros: The staff was amazing! Super attentive and always ready to help. The location is really good, quiet neighborhood.

Cons: For 4 star hotel the fact that you don't have even a tiny restaurant is a big disappointment. You can order only coffe, no room service and nothing to eat during the day or night except for breakfast. Also, to be totally honest, powder eggs is a no, no at a 4 star hotel.

Very good hotel

Pros: Good location, super clean room, top bathroom.. The design is great, the room is very cosy while it gives a feeling of luxury. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, both comfortable.

Cons: The mattress was quite worn.

Great hotel with exceptionally helpful staff.

Pros: It was a great place to stay the room, breakfast and location were great both for the conference I was attending and the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful in the run up to staying and while we were there.

Cons: My only quibble is that the bed could have been firmer.

Pros: The room we received exceeded my expectation and was really large. Great hotel and location for the purpose we were in Barcelona for. Matched our requirements perfectly

Cons: The room view was the only downfall but did not affect the stay.

Pros: Julia was very helpful in advising us as to how to get to Barcelona's tourist attractions

Cons: Air condition wasn't working on the last day. Julia gave us a fan which we used instead
