Pros: The Hotel is in a good location as it is close to shops and has easy access to transport. It is a serene place with clean and comfortable rooms. The reception given to me & my partner by the staff was so exceptional. Especially that guy called Maxi was very helpful and superb. He was very friendly, receptive, and provided us with vital information about how-to join the city tour bus also known as Barcelona BusTuristic. Also, he went the extra mile to find a taxi for us to the airport on the day of departure to the UK.

Cons: When we had to go in search of a restaurant to buy food after arriving late in the night. They only have to add a cafeteria to their service or partner with some restaurants around to provide meals at a cost to customers on request.

Great Value for Money with Minor Drawbacks

Pros: The hotel is very clean. The staff are polite and friendly. There are complimentary items in the room such as coffee and water. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. Definitely a great value-for-money hotel and highly recommended.

Cons: The location might be something to consider when choosing the hotel, but it is not very far from the metro. It would also have been nice to have a small minibar or mini fridge in the room.

Pros: We were a group of three staying for four nights, and we were more than satisfied with our experience. The location is excellent — the metro is very close — and the room was absolutely perfect. Since I work in a high-category hotel myself, I can confidently say that this hotel deserves all the praise. We stayed in room 3, and although there were a few small shortcomings, thanks to Solange, the housekeeper assigned to our room (information we received from the reception), the cleanliness was a solid 10/10. She is responsible for an exceptional level of cleanliness, fully comparable to a 5-star hotel. I don’t think we have stayed in a cleaner hotel in a long time. After each service, she made sure every detail in the room was brought to perfection. I truly hope management recognizes this and rewards her accordingly. We highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back again, and I will certainly recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Very good

Pros: Close to public transport links including metro and bus services. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Staff were very pleasant, accommodating and helped with navigating the city and offering services and recommending places to go eat.

Pros: I liked the fact that every room has an espresso machine and they gave us a lot of amenities. the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. the cleaning services were top notch, they paid a lot of attention to details.

Cons: the bathroom sinks weren't actually in the bathroom, but in the room where you slept, so the plumbing noises were very loud and kept waking us. also, we found it weird that there wasn't a toilet brush. the room was clean, but it needed some maintenance. a light switch had a bad contact or something and in the middle of the night it kept making a weird repeating sound.

Pros: Very clean. Modern. Very kind and accomodating staff. Great value.

Pros: Comfortable room and beds. Upon arrival, the room was pleasantly cool despite the unbearable heat outside. Parking in the garage for 15 EUR per day. Close to the metro.

Cons: It was expensive.

Pros: Room was simple but had everything needed, really appreciated a Nespresso machine and cookies. AC is strong. Check out was quick and easy, a relief for early flight catcher.

Cons: Could hear luggage dragging and people passing by from the room.

Lovely quiet hotel

Pros: Great little hotel. We were visiting a friends for a birthday. Perfect base for our family near were they lived. Nice and quiet, I wouldn't have known if there were other guests in the hotel as our room was lovely and quiet. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Main bed comfortable and even the sofa bed for the kids was very comfortable

Cons: Not the easiest to access by public transport however this was not an issue for us.

Pros: Very close to the exhibition centre which was convenient.

Cons: Bathroom a little bit molded.
