Busy, hot, fun.

Pros: The apartment was lovely had everything we needed.

Cons: The lock on the lift door was broken but we were told that nobody could stop and enter our apartment as you needed a code. This was incorrect. On 2 occasions on our last day we were waiting and the lift stopped at our apartment and people opened the door to exit the lift. Luckily we were there to stop them. The front door has hundreds of locks that work well but are pointless if the lock on the lift doesn’t work.

Pros: Location was great. The flat has spacious and clean, with a bathroom for each room. There are groceries shops close by.

Cons: There could be some more amenities, like coffee pods for the coffee machine, extra toilet or kitchen roll or bin liners.

Lovely central apartment on a busy street. Good communication with Matteo.

Pros: Great location for restaurants, 10 mins walk to Metro station(s). Spacious apartment and nicely decorated.

Cons: Very small, cramped and shared laundry in basement wasn’t ideal. On a short break it wouldn’t have mattered but since we were coming off a cruise it was a pain having to go up & down to use both the washing machine & tumble drier. Also had an issue with smells in main bathroom which meant we couldn’t use it (were 2 other bathrooms). We had to keep door shut to stop the smell coming into bedroom. They tried fixing it by cleaning products but obviously a bigger issue. Maintenance person arrived in morning of our departure so hopefully it was remedied before next guests. Has a safe but we couldn’t use it because it was shut. When we said to Matteo he just said the last guests must have left it locked??? Would think they would have a master key & if not they need to get a locksmith to open it. These issues were all an inconvenience but didn’t stop us having an enjoyable stay.

A fantastic visit in beautiful accommodation, with really helpful staff/ host

Pros: The host was helpful even before we had arrive providing recommendations of visits prior to our arrival. We were met at the door, and provided with more info on the local area. Staff were very friendly and really understanding throughout the whole trip. The apartment is gorgeous, and a short walk from The Rambles. Overall a fantastic visit, beautiful accommodation and really helpful staff, thank you

Cons: The noise does carry between flats (we were unfortunate to have some noisy neighbours upstairs) and across the courtyard.

A wonderful stay for two days in Barcelona!

Pros: The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - charming and full of character. It accommodated our group perfectly and was a great location to explore Barcelona.

Cons: Two of the bedrooms do not have windows so air conditioning has to be used.

Wonderful apartment near to everything

Pros: Great communication from the host before we arrive, Matteo gave us clear instructions on where to meet him outside the apartment. He followed us in to the apartment and gave us a tour inside and gave us further instructions. Also available if we had some questions or issues or needed help with anything. The apartment itself was amazing and supernice interior design!! The apartment is 3 blocks from La Rambla on the north part of El Raval. Not noisy for us, good A/C. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, beach! Recommend to stay here :-)

Cons: We had our own lift in the apartment unfortunately it was broken on our stay but was fixed our last day. Not an issue for us as we could walk 2 stairs up but still.

Wonderful apartment in a central location. Great restaurant and bar underneath the apartment.

Pros: Fabulous large apartment with lovely interior design - spacious and well appointed. Great location and perfect for a family.

Cons: Internal lift was out of order the morning we departed and it’s a long walk with luggage down narrow stairs to the ground floor. However this did not impact our holiday just an inconvenience.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Barcelona

Pros: Perfect location, very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms convenient for all guests. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful and accomodating. Good coffee machine, tea and coffee available for free in the apartment. Take into account that you need to bring your own toiletries, slippers. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area, including early breakfast options which was very convenient for us. There are shops right in the same or the next building where you can buy everything for cooking or snaks, drinks, etc.

Cons: Hot water was available only in 1 bedroom, which was not very convenient for other guests. There was loud music in the neighboring apartment, but after informing the staff it was stopped.

A lovely city, I would definitely stay with en ville again

Pros: Very atmospheric, great location, really responsive team.

Cons: A bit dark due to the age of the building with interior bathrooms and light wells for ventilation.

Great place to stay, had everything we needed!

Pros: Location was perfect, the place was large and had plenty of room for our group, clean, the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, the interior was cool!

Cons: Nothing, it was all great
