Nice place to stay out of the business of the city.

Pros: The staff were so nice and welcoming, especially as we had had a bad experience with our flight. They were so helpful. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Great bathroom and shower was fantastic with nice products. Liked the water left for us too. Nice room temperature. Coffee/cappuccino was great in the morning that the lady made us at breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast hot area was hard to use, had to lift heavy lids off pots and there was no room to place plates or the lids. Nespresso coffee machine wasn't the easiest to operate. Food quality and choice needs improvement.

OK hotel modern but in the business district .

Pros: Our room was fine, we were on top fall 9th - got a little dizzy in the layout looking down directly to the 1st flood reception

Cons: The hotel payment for approx $500 AUD held payment even after we paid and I did not get that back for 4 weeks .

They should learn to value all their guests equally and not treat them differently.

Pros: Close to the airport and cruise port. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a large shopping center nearby. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent.

Cons: We were not informed in advance that we had to pay a €50 deposit “in case something happens,” which was returned upon departure. Nothing like this is mentioned in the property policy. What was strange is that we were traveling with another family — our friends — and they were asked to pay a €100 deposit. This makes me think there is no standard hotel policy, and it’s quite possible we were treated differently because we are from Romania. A truly respectable hotel does not treat its guests this way.

Pleasant enough for the short stay we had.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice modern and comfortable surroundings

Cons: When we arrrived for breakfast at 9.45am most of the tables had not been cleaned and were still full of breakfast plates. I am used to being greeted at the breakfast lounge and taken to a table and having it prepared with cutlery. This did not happen. We were left to find a clean table then search for cutlery. A lot of the food offerings had run out and were not replenished. The food I did have was nice however. The experience was the same on the second morning. The single bed nearest the window in room 304 squeaks/creaks.

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff

Pros: The location was great because we needed a hotel closer to Palau Sant Jordi. From the city centre its quite far. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, the room was comfortable as well but looked a bit cold and grey (just a personal preference). Staff was always ready to help. Lovely non-scary elevator :)

Cons: A bit far from city centre, the room could be cozier, the view around is great but would be better if window was clean. Nonetheless it was comfortable and staff was great.

Pros: The Hotel is very new. The location is good, close to bus stations and a big shopping mall.Mostly impressive is that the girls at the reception are very warm and helpful. I will definitely recommend it.

Lucky to find this hotel in Barcelona.

Pros: The room was spacious and everything was tidy and clean. Bedding was perfectly comfortable. And most of all breakfast was amazingly delicious. The hotel was a bit far from the city center, but you can reach the city center within 20 minutes by taxi. The hotel was near a large shopping mall where you can find many quality restaurants and shops.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: Location was perfect. It was close to a very nice shopping center and also the bus station was reachable. The view of the room was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: There was no slippers in the room. There was a mild damp smell in the bathroom. Both my children were bitten by insects!

Convenient hotel for pre-cruise stay, handy for port and Montjuic area.

Pros: It was very convenient for restaurants at shopping mall, with only breakfast and room service available in hotel

Cons: Lack of local information, no info on smart TV
