Pros: We upgraded to a suite after the original room wasn't suitable. Free gifts and chocolate everyday

Cons: The original room was dated and unsuitable for my family as the 3rd bed was a pullout and very uncomfortable 9

Pros: The hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Christian who gave us some great tourist advice. Hotel is in an excellent location, very central.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and nice, the luggage man was very nice and helped us lot. Also props to the Barman as he was very busy but kept us cool and we decided to get our drink through room service instead and he came up with our drinks which is hard work from him!

Nice. I’d repeate it.

Pros: It’s comfortable and clean and super well located.

Cons: The sofa-bed as the third bed jn the bedroom was not good. But the team was super agile in providing a better and proper bed once we asked.
