Great value hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location, walking distance from many places and the Metro. Basic but clean and functional room if a little dated in places. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Cons: Some aspects need a little modernisation. WiFi was unusable most of the time.

Great hotel in a great central location!

Pros: The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and is very close to a metro station. Some amazing restaurants also very close by, and an awesome cafe 365.

Cons: There was a massive street party going on in the nearby square, will extremely loud music playing until 1am, making it impossible to sleep. Obviously you cannot blame the hotel for this. However I would certainly double-check for any street parties next time before booking, otherwise it's a bit pointless. Pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Great location, comfortable rooms and good value.

Pros: Great location and simple clean rooms that are perfect for a night or two. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Cons: Luggage can’t be left without paying for a locker in the basement which is a little odd.

Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness acceptable, but hotel facilities need updating

Pros: The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Barcelona and close to markets and tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is acceptable.

Cons: The hotel's furnishings and equipment are outdated and need updating. I paid 44 euros upon arrival as a tax, even though the price I paid on Booking.com was supposed to include tax. The street noise was somewhat unexpected, although I had anticipated it based on previous reviews.

It was a really nice stay with staff there to help 24/7

Pros: It was really nice, clean and location was perfect. We had everything we needed and cleaning of room every day was good. Staff were helpful and kind.

Cons: The room could have been bigger for luggage

Great Stay

Pros: Location was perfect - right on the high street but nice and quiet and relaxed. I booked an economy room on Booking.com and managed to score a sneaky upgrade (didn't even ask) and the bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home!! Large comfortable bed and nice breakfast.
