Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. On the first evening I discovered that the water regulator in the bathroom was not working properly. I informed the reception, and the receptionist immediately offered to change my room. I really appreciated how quickly the staff responded and how willing they were to help resolve the issue. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

Cons: The only downside was the water pressure in the shower and the temperature regulation, which were not very convenient.

Enjoyable and comfortable.

Pros: Great location, room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and welcoming on reception. Didn’t have breakfast. Would have been nice to have a hotel bar to visit but we went out of season so apart from the room, reception and lifts we didn’t see much. Enjoyed Barcelona overall, great city and would stay here again. A good base to travel around from Placa Catalunya and 5 minutes to La Ramblas. It was my partners 40th birthday, I did mention it in the comments - I had no expectation of anything extra but maybe a card/ some kind of small complimentary item would have been the difference in a hotel that goes that extra mile and that’s where I would have given it 10/10. Thanks!

Pros: Great location—very convenient for sightseeing and getting to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful, and they fixed a small noise issue in my room right away.

Cons: The only minor issue was the low water pressure.

Super nice and enjoyable stay

Pros: Location is superb! The room is big and very nice. Breakfast lovely.

Cons: You have to use room key in the elevator so be sure to take enough keys, otherwise use the stairs. :)
