Perfect location and comforable stay

Pros: The location of this hotel is top! It is literally in downtown with plenty of shopping and restaurant options within 5 minutes of walking. Also only a short walk to get on the hop on/ hop off bus for exploring.

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was wonderful!

I would recommend other people to stay

Pros: Perfect Location 1 min walk from the center, bed is comfortable, room is very clean, all the facilities are available. I would recommend people to stay at the hotel.

Cons: The shower mixer needs to be fixed, as the water temperature is not stable, also the shampoo & Conditioner stand needs to be a bit further from the shower as it makes the shower area small.

Pros: We loved the location and also the team was very nice and clean place

Cons: The breakfast was very limited also the Bathroom and shower are together and was so so so small we couldn’t moved

Awesome, very comfortable!

Pros: Very centrally located yet off the noise and bustle. Hotel room and restaurant were lux and exclusive, clean and pretty! Lux bedroom slippers were given and water cooler had very nice cool water that was fantastic. Overall a wonderful experience! Will come back here again or recommend others!

Cons: Probably only the dark red corridors were a little hard to get used to, but they were unique and we warmed up to it after a while! :)

Wonderful but noisy.....

Pros: Great location, lovely room, really comfy bed and pillows, great staff, nice bar/café downstairs, nice little verandah and views. Water fountain was brilliant.

Cons: It was very noisy. There are a number of enormous rubbish bins next to the hotel that are emptied most nights by heavy vehicles and the hotel is also on a busy (but interesting!) intersection. The noise insulation was poor between the rooms and to the outside. Also, the hotel is situated above the metro and shakes whenever a train goes under it! All a real shame as otherwise an excellent hotel and location!

Pros: I had such a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was spotless and so cozy, and the staff made everything feel truly welcoming. I wasn’t expecting it to be this comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout my stay. A special thank you for keeping everything so clean and for the wonderful service at the reception — it really made my stay even more enjoyable.
