Pros: I liked everything. From the reseption to check out, everything was great. The staff were superb, the location, the comfort etc

Amazing, can’t wait to return!

Beautiful room but in winter very cold

Pros: The breakfast was very good the room was very well appointed but the biggest fault we had was that the room was cold and could not be adjusted I was told the next morning that it is adjusted centrally which would have been explained maybe in an information pack

Just what we needed

Pros: We had just finished a Mediterranean cruise that had left us more depleted than refreshed. We took our cases to the hotel, and asked if there was any chance of booking in early - and were delighted to be told yes. The room was really big, light and airy (a far cry from the tiny cabin we had just escaped). The bathroom was amazing too, and had a huge bath and double walk in power shower. The stay felt like pure luxury.

Cons: The only minor niggle I have is in terms of noise from the other rooms. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I think because there’s a lot of wood and high ceilings, any noise can travel a little bit.
