Pros: Everyone was so helpful, very clean, quite and close to everything we needed, would stay again Thank you 😊

Cons: The roads were closed due to a protest so our taxi couldn't get to drop us off, no problem picking us up to take us to the ship , But this was Not the Hotels fault, they were very helpful sorting it out

Lovely

Pros: I arrived early and was warmly welcomed by reception. I was a little early but was offered access to my room if I paid a little extra. This I gladly did. The building is a stunning conversion of a 19th Century Palace with an inner courtyard and upper atrium. My room was beautifully appointed with a large bed, minibar, safe and small balcony. The bathroom was well stocked with lovely quality products.. Location wise it is just off La Rambla, close to the port and in a small square opposite a private members club. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was outstanding. A lovely selection of both cooked and cold food including hams, cheese, sausage, eggs, tortilla, fruit, bread and pastries, an entire traditional cake section aswell as gluten free and fizz. Check out was at midday.

Cons: Not much. Although I would have liked an armchair in the room

Perfect location for everything and lovely gothic quarter so interesting buildings.

Pros: Good breakfast and lovely staff, particularly at reception and the guy dealing with our bags. Excellent recommendation for a local tapas bar as well!

Pros: This is the first hotel where I genuinely loved every single thing. It was a flawless experience from start to finish! • Exceptional Service: The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. • Perfect Sleep: The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. But most importantly—the pillows! It’s rare to find such high-quality pillows in a hotel; I had a great night's sleep. • Impeccable Cleanliness: Bathroom hygiene is a top priority for me, and the shower was sparkling clean. • Delicious Breakfast: variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. • Prime Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, making it very easy to get around. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for comfort and quality, this is the spot.

Cons: The parking was a bit tight for a minivan, but this is understandable for such a central location.
