Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back.

Pros: Very nice, clean rooms and hotel, easy to get to and great location.

Great hotel staff are very helpful.8

Pros: The location is brilliant not far from the ramblas and easy to get to the port which we wanted. Great to have a fridge in the room along with kettle etc. The staff were very helpful. It's very rare to find a hotel that has parking aswell so close to town. We will definitely stay again very clean a great hotel.

Cons: The shower tray is very slippery - no power points by the bed.

Super comfortable beds,

Pros: The bed is super comfortable, rooms are kept spotless.

Cons: WiFi was crap! The TV HDMI connection didn't work, which when you think about it doesn't really matter as the WiFi was crap!

Enjoyable visit

Pros: Comfortable and clean room. Good location for access to the metro and getting around the sights of the city. Some nice and good value for money Spanish restaurants/cafes in the local area....and a Lidl for snacks! The usual fast food chains are available too if that's what rocks your boat.

Cons: Spa and pool were a bit small therefore easy for sessions to be fully booked which is a shame but why would you stay in when there's so much going on outside in the city?!

Pros: The hotel is clean, near metro/bus station. Plenty of shops around the area. The breakfast was excellent.

Great stay

Pros: Nice big family room. Comfy beds. Shower had fabric power. Breakfast was lovely. Nice and quiet and everything we wanted.

Cons: The spa looks great on the photos and the kids would have loved it. However even if it had been open (closed when we arrived and didn’t open until check out) only one kid would have been allowed due to age and it was expensive. Rules are rules. These ones didn’t suit my group but I knew that before arrival. Everything else was great!

Pros: Nice hotel, good location but rooms lack some of the basics. Expensive for what you get.

Cons: Better attention from housekeeping in providing/restocking items for rooms.

Pros: We loved this hotel the first time we visited a few years ago, it was just as we remembered it. Our only comment is that the bathroom looked tired and it had some stains on the wall.. That said we had a great time and will definitely return. It's in a perfect location and staff are a brilliant..

Cons: There were little supplies of tea/coffee, would be nice to have milk provided as had to ask for this. The bathroom as mentioned above..
