Pros: The room was tidy, the floors (also in the corridors and in the common toilet&shower room) were kept clean, the bed had a good matress. The location is exceptional, in the old town, minutes walk from the historical sights (old cathedral, historic squares of Saint Jaume, del Rei, Santa Maria del Pi, ...), though several kilometers from the more recent sights (Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Park Güell, ...). Reception works 24/7.
Cons: Only small things, but it would cost almost nothing to add those in the room (in the order of importance): a plastic cup for a toothbrush, a small bar for hanging the towel(s), and if possible also a mini shelf for the deodorant & the rest of a necessaire – as there is a sink in the room(s), all these would come in handy. In addition, the two of us were on the first day each given two towels (a large one for showering, and a small one), but on the following days their number misteriously kept getting smaller (after the maid cleaned the room, though we never threw any towel on the floor or otherwise indicate a need to change them), so that on the fourth day we shared a single large towel. I am sure all these can be addressed easily.

Pros: Pretty much everything was excellent! The bed especially was VERY comfortable after a lot of travelling.
Cons: Wellll... I'm splitting hairs here but a kettle in the room would have been nice! I mean I'm English and I was definitely feeling the lack of a nice cup of tea! The Spanish cafes don't often seem to serve the style of tea in used to.

I had a great stay and would happily return.
Pros: I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. Everything I needed was easily accessible.
Cons: There wasn’t anything significant I disliked. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: Very good location, next to the subway. The staff was very friendly and were available 24/7 even on New Years. The rooms are decent but the price is excellent for what you get compared to others. Would definitely recommend
Cons: The bathroom had a sliding door that doesnt work that well but everything else was fine

Great location and value for money.
Pros: Great location. Walking distance to many beautiful monuments. Lots of restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars. 24/7 reception is great, no more worrying about losing your keys, you leave them at the reception when going out. Clean and tidy.
Cons: It was quite cold for Barcelona standards in December, the room heating could have been a few degrees up Though, plenty of blankets, and such cold weather does not last too long there. It was already 22 degrees on the day I checked out.

We loved our stay.
Pros: I loved the location. It was very clean and we felt safe inside. There is always someone at the reception.
Cons: The stuff could be more communicative and the neighbourhood gets loud at night sometimes.
