Ikonik Ramblas

Excellent

Pros: Ideally located at the southern end of La Rambla with a metro station 2 minutes away, this is a nice quiet hotel located on a busy thoroughfare. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is large and also cleaned every day

Cons: Minor gripe- the lift was slow and we had to get the key card reprogrammed 3 or4 times but they were small inconveniences

I always love visiting Barcelona and this time was no different but it’s the hordes of intimidating people outside the h

Pros: Really clean hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Good location for basing tourist visits from as it’s near the Metro and tourist bus routes.

Cons: This is not a fault with the property but every night, outside the hotel on La Rambla, every 50ft or so, we were constantly running a gauntlet of being harassed for money and/or to go to strip clubs. These people were everywhere. Despite constantly refusing one person then the next one, many would follow you. It really did not feel safe. I wouldn’t go anywhere near here with family. Also, if you ever eat in Plaça Reial, be prepared to be hassled during your meal by these people too.

Pros: Everything was great! The location is right in the city center. Many people say this area is dangerous, but if you follow the usual big-city safety rules, everything will be fine. We didn’t encounter anything unsafe. The room was clean, we had a huge bed, and housekeeping was done every day. A big plus is that you can leave your luggage at the reception if your flight is in the evening or if you arrive before 3 PM.

Cons: I’m not the first time encountering this in hotels - the bathroom door doesn’t close 😄

Pros: Great modern hotel in the heart of the most famous street in Barcelona. Basic room, not very big but everything you need, very clean, very kind service, personal, option for late check in. I like it very much. Exactly what I expected.

Cons: I like everything

Pros: What a fabulous hotel. In a perfect location. The room has everything you need. The staff were very warm and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The bed is really comfortable (and HUGE 🤣) Highly recommended.

Pros: Very comfortable, very nice staff, very clean and modern A spacious and very clean bathroom The room had a nice balcony

Cons: Distance between bed and desk was too short

Solid choice for business travel.

Pros: Stayed for the Barcelona Boat Show. Great location—easy walk to marina and city center. Clean rooms, smooth check-in. Solid choice for business travel.

Cons: Breakfast was good, though served in the cellar, which felt a bit disconnected. Rooms at the street side can be noisy as the Ramblas is below.

Pros: Stay was OK. However, I found it disappointing that for a 4-star hotel they did not provide slippers, especially since the floor was cold. Also, the toiletries were limited to just shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, and body cream.

Room and bed was very clean and comfy.

Pros: Good location, good transport around, good shopping and food. Barcelona Marina was in a walking distance.

Cons: Disturbance in walking around the area due to road construction work going on (not to be blamed the hotel for this though!).

Pros: Location is excellent. Room spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable
