World class customer service in a beautiful, well-located hotel!

Pros: Beautifully appointed rooms and a fantastic location BUT the reason I'm giving this hotel 10/10 is the receptionist, Noelia. We'd booked in at very short notice due to a storm-related flight cancellation and one of our party was trying to make a flight connection. Noelia went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. Her customer service was first class and, for this reason alone, I will always make this hotel my first preference when returning to Barcelona.

Pros: This hotel is a true gem, complemented by kind and helpful staff, always there to assist you and meet your needs and expectations. The location cannot be better to explore Barcelona’s highlights, whether on foot or running buses or a metro.

Pros: The stuff are very welcome and helpful. The ladies on the Reception did their best to make our stay like home.

Cons: There is not that much privacy in the bathroom, the door is glass one, even though it's mat.

A great overnight stay in a good location. Friendly, clean and spacious

Pros: The room was spacious and had a tiny terrace enough for a small table and chairs. The location was good and it was a very friendly, clean hotel. The bathroom is nice and the shower is great. We didn't get to use the upstairs terrace but it looked nice, perfect for cooling off during the summer.

Cons: The people in the offices across the road can see into your room during the day but not a problem at night as they aren't there. Not that anybody was looking you just know they are there.
