Pros: Wonderful location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel. I really felt like they took care of me, especially when in the morning my Uber didn't show, they ordered a taxi which drove directly in front of the hotel (a safer option actually than taking an uber and walking alone around the block).

Cons: The single room was quite small but still had everything that I needed.

Great location, very comfortable hotel, kept well good facilities

Pros: Great location, comfortable hotel which met our needs for a two day stay! Lovely staff!

Cons: Nothing - having read some negative reviews I was pleased to note that we did not incur any negatives during our stay and the hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Karla was my person who met with me on arrival. And was like my fairy godmother. From helping with were to eat,places to visit. She was amazing and the hotel omg fabulous 👌

Pros: Super location . Within easy walking distance to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Roof really well appointed. Biggest bed I've ever seen. Lovely and comfortable. Bottle of water provided every day which was a really nice touch along with chocolate. Refreshments available all day in foyer which were much appreciated. Loved this hotel and would definitely return. Late checkout was terrific. Gluten free restaurant at entrance had fab breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby

Cons: Room too hot.
