Good value hotel in a great location.

Pros: An excellent location in a beautiful and popular Square. 50 metres from La Rambla and amidst the interesting narrow streets of the old town

Cons: Our room was on 4th floor with views over the square. Unfortunately it became very noisy at around 4am when the cleaners washed down the square and there was a gathering of people chatting and making a noise at the same time around the front of the hotel. All the noises had disappeared by 6am.

Pros: The stay was very good. Close to Ralambla and restaurants 😁

Cons: A bit noisy because of the location. For the breakfast coffee, tea, orange juice and bread with jam, something for the student 😉

Nice budget hotel in Barcelona

Pros: The hotel is one-star, so our expectations were not very high. The room was very simple, just like in the photos. The bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub. Cleanliness was excellent, and the staff at the reception were very helpful. The hotel is right in the center of Barcelona, with many shops around. If you are looking for something affordable in a good area, this hotel is a good choice.

Cons: For breakfast, it would be nice to have a few more savory options.

Pros: The room was very basic, everything was dated, including the breakfast. A small refrigerator was missing. But we still loved everything! The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent, they cleaned it every day, changed the towels every day, and the staff was very friendly. We were able to leave a bathrobe after check-out. We only slept in the room and enjoyed Barcelona. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance: all the sights, the port, the beach, the market, and restaurants.

A wonderful stay to remember

Pros: Many thanks to reception mid morning/early afternoon staff…We were given an upgrade.. balcony overlooking the square. This definitely helped our 50th wedding anniversary trip..wonderful thanks so very much.

Cons: Nothing really as our room had the best view.
