Would stay again!

Pros: Excellent breakfast (although a bit too pricey). Walking distance to bus stations and metro. Polite and friendly staff. Would happily stay there again.

Cons: Food in the restaurant was mediocre.

Loved the service, my unit and breakfast

Pros: Rooms are very good and the cleaning lady made everything very neet on a daily basis. Breakfast is very good and served in a great dining area with very pleasant staff. I loved the fresh orange juice machine which instantly prepares a glass of real orange juice.

Cons: Location may be problematic for people who are not mobile like solo travellers. It is around 4-5 metro stations from Placa de Catalunya and the closest metro stations Lessepes and Valcarca are around 750m or more away from the hotel with hilly neighbourhood. There are some renovations in progress on some levels of the hotel, but it did not affect my stay in any way.

Nice and comfortable stay in the city!

Pros: The location is nice and it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Had a nice time!

Pleasant stay

Pros: Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was a bit small, but nicely designed, clean, and had a lovely view. The rooftop is extremely small but very charming, with a tiny pool, just enough to cool off in the summer, and a spot to enjoy a drink. We were lucky it wasn’t crowded during our visit.

Cons: Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the hotel’s certificate for “most welcoming staff.” Apart from one person, most employees were not very friendly or helpful, and at times even came across as rude. The check-in process was slow, and the reception area felt outdated and not very inviting. We didn’t try the breakfast because the price seemed high for what Spanish hotels usually offer. Location-wise, it’s good, though about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the way back is uphill - manageable, but something to note if you have luggage.

Pros: The hotel is very good. It was clean and comfortable. The receptions were very kind and helpful. We stayed one night and didn't have the time to try everything, but I think it would be as good as everything else.

Comfortable stay in resident area

Pros: Very clean compared to my previous stay in Barcelona. The hotel is partly renovated — my room still had a light renovation smell, but I didn’t mind it. Great tea in the room and everything you need. Friendly staff!
