Great stay for sightseeing

Pros: very close to metro stations. Good accessible bathroom. Extremely helpful staff.

Cons: Tiny lifts! A shower chair would have helped (we did ask).

Good for a short stay

Pros: The rooms are modern and well maintained. Breakfast has a wide selection of fresh items, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

Cons: The stay was good overall, but being on the first floor, the windows weren’t very soundproof, and street noise was quite noticeable.

Pros: Stuff was very kind and helpful. The location is good to navigate well the city.

Cons: The gym working hours are pretty strange from 9-22. Not helping with early morning excersize or late night.

All staff were very friendly and welcoming

Pros: Clean and comfortable room and decent blackout curtains meaning our 5 month old slept really well.

Cons: The cleaning person always messed up my personal stuff in the bathroom.

A Great start to the holiday

Pros: Staff were very friendly, very polite and went above and beyond to see to our needs. We arrived before check-in time and as we were a family with a young child, the cleaning of our room was prioritised which we thought was excellent service. Breakfast was very nice and varied. Location excellent. Near the train station which takes you straight to the centre of Barcelona.

Cons: Pillows need to be slightly firmer.
