Pros: The room was very spacious and self contained. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had a good view of the quiet street below Metro station was just a few minutes walk away Staff was very friendly and taught me a few Spanish sentences😁 The shower was amazing

Cons: Did not have a kettle for hot water but has a nespresso machine

Exceeded our expectations in all details!

Pros: 24hr reception meant no stress about when we might be able to check in, or going out at night; staff were all extremely helpful and polite; room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Extra space with seating and coffee machine was such a nice bonus. Location is great!

Fantastic!

Pros: The rooms are very new and well styled. I didn't utilize the little kitchenette in the room, however, found it a good addition to the comfort. First floor has a common area where you can always grab a Nespresso / tea / water and catch up with fellow travelers (if staying as a group). Top floor has a small gym and a terrace. Its incredible how a place that compact contains everything one must need for comfort during their stay! Metro line L3 / Fontana is 5-7 mins walk, however, there's plenty to see in walkable distance from the hotel.

Pros: very professional and helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out, a possibility to store luggage before check-in / after check-out, a spacious room with an excellent location with nearby restaurants, a supermarket (e.g. Lidl), and a metro station, some guests mentioned it could get noisy at night, however, we did not experience any evening / late night noise

Cons: just a tiny detail that an electric kettle could be provided (as a workaround, we used a pot to prepare tea), though we were aware of it in advance
