Pros: És un apartament molt ampli, tranquil i còmode. Amb tot el que fa falta per sentir-se com a casa. Vem ser un grup d'amics i no vem tenir cap problema per tenir cadascú el seu espai. Els inquilins super macos i atents.

Cons: Només el vem poder aprofitar una nit.

Great place for a family to stay with bonus included parking!

Pros: We booked this property for two main reasons; 1) As a family of 5 it provided us with enough beds for each of us, and having the two separate washrooms was a bonus. 2) The parking was included! We took the metro (across the street from apartment) into the heart of Barcelona, without having to drive in and park our rental car in an unsafe (underground) parking lot. (*consider this when researching Barcelona city parking as there are a lot of car-break-ins and theft). What we appreciated; On our flight from Zurich, the airline lost one of our luggages. Stephan helped to receive the luggage from the delivery service and place it in our room, as we were in the heart of Barcelona at that time. Such wonderful service! Thank you Stephan! This place is comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Coffee shops, and grocery store close by.

Cons: Nothing to do with the property itself, but the only downfall was that the elevator wasn't working when we arrived. It was scheduled for service maintenance, which meant we had to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (to the 3rd floor), after a long day of travelling.=!

Pros: Отличное расположение, отличный вид из гостиной. наличие паркинга. Большая квартира. Отличный интернет, отличная бытовая техника. Всё отлично. В радиусе 1 км есть хороший ресторанчик и Carrefur express. Во дворе есть мини-маркет

Cons: В одном туалете плохо закрывалась дверка душа. Не работала вытяжка, запах шёл в квартиру.

Pros: Avar ja valgusküllane korter, suurepärane vaade. Turvaline maja ja ümbrus, ka parkimine hästi korraldatud. 5ĺiikmelise pere jaoks oli eriti tähtis, et oli 2 vannituba dušiga. Ka magamistoad olid mugavate vooditega. Köögis kõik vajalik olemas. Tubades konditsioneerid, neist oli palju abi veebruarikuus. Korteri läheduses rongipeatus, toidupood ja apteek Mitte kaugel ka turg rikkaliku ja ülimaitsva kohaliku toidu valikuga.

Cons: Põrandad oleksid võinud puhtamad olla. Palju oli lemmikloomakarvu. Edaspidi võiks sellisel puhul arvestada, et võib olla kliente, kellel on mingite loomade suhtes allergia. Õnneks meil polnud.

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé pour se rendre à barcelone 5mn à pieds de la gare et vu sur mer Le train passe en bas de la résidence mais les chambres sont dz l'autre côté ! Rien à redire sur l'appartement.. Très bien équipé très propre, très spacieux et la literie est top ! Je recommande
