Amazing

Pros: Location was OK and quiet. I like a hotel a bit out of the busy city centre, but that's personal. The city centre was still very reachable by metro. The hotel itself was awesome. Spacious rooms, amazing bathroom, wonderful spa and the breakfast was excellent. It exceeded my expectations.

Cons: Nothing really. The only weird or rather unnecessary thing was that our towels were refreshed two to three times a day. But if this is the only complaint I can think of, you know how good it really was.

Perfect

Pros: The hotel is small and friendly. The staff make you feel special and address you by name, giving a personal touch. The breakfast was high quality and excellent, plenty of choice and served to our table. Love the spa facilities.

Cons: Everything was perfect. The hotel is a bit away from the main town centre although the metro and taxis are outside, so fine for us.

Pros: Amazing and very helpful staff! I have sprained my ankle during the stay in the city and the staff was truly caring for me during before departure. Amazing breakfast, great rooms!

Cons: Not being able to even slightly open a window in the room is not my preference. Breakfast only opening at 8 AM and since I was there for business with meetings starting early, hard to accommodate always.

I would definitely visit again!

Pros: Location was not the best, the restaurant though.. if you go to this hotel, make sure to visit the restaurant. It’s amazing!

Cons: The wood on the terrace around the jacuzzi lays loosely. Besides that there is few negative things to say!

Excellent.

Pros: The room, the staff, the restaurant, the spa (being able to reserve time kept it quiet and tranquil), the garden. Excellent service from airport pickup right through to being dropped back off. A warm welcome and responsive staff, meeting requests quickly. Regular room servicing, including turn down service.

Pros: The location, though, away from the city centre, is good. It is very safe and access to shops, restaurants near by is excellent. We loved seeing and getting a feelfor a non tourist location..

Cons: We weren't clear that it was such a distance from the city centre. If you weren't prepared to take a bus or the metro taxis to and from centre attractions lad Lamlash, down down centre shopping etc is expensive.

Pros: Clean, safe and accessible area by metro. Serene and peaceful as it’s not a touristy area but also only a 15 minute metro away from town centre.
