Great hotel chain

Pros: Very beautiful and comfortable room and bathroom with full toilletries, all staff super friendly, location perfect by bus station.

Average

Pros: Location, Mattress, Staff, Bath amenities, Size room

Cons: Dirt at the bathroom

Overall, the hotel is good and you can have a pleasant stay, but it did not feel like good value for money, as it falls

Pros: The hotel itself is old, but our family room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family of four, with good‑quality beds. The breakfast and cleaning staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast itself was really good.

Cons: Our room was only available at 15:00, even though I had requested early access twice before our arrival. On the first day only, the room was cold during the first hours, and there was noise from elevator reconstruction for about half an hour during rest time.

Preofessional service, lovely views and a great hotel.

Pros: In a more local area, out of tourist area but not far from Park Guell.

Cons: The public transport access is not as easy if you are closer to the city. More bus led than trains so a bit slower. Not a major though.

Simply perfect

Pros: I want to say a big thank you to Ali and the staff at reception along with those serving at the morning buffet. I want to commend the Hotel Team on their professionalism, support and friendly nature.

Beautiful property and so comfortable!

Pros: It was stunning, so much space and super comfortable. The staff were fantastic. We loved this hotel, the only downside was it was quite far from the centre of Barcelona, which I knew on booking.

Cons: Nothing!

Great Stay

Pros: Spacious Rooms, Good Facilities, Fresh Food, Great tasting Ingredients, Friendly and Approachable Staff

Cons: Some Room issue with a maintenance aspect but this was resolved by staff when they were made aware

Quality stay in a safe area.

Pros: This is a nice hotel in a safe location. Its a short walk from bus routes into the city and local attractions and the metro. The room and hotel was to a high standard. There are a few nearby bars and restaurants where you can grab food a short walk away. The pool area is spacious with lots of sun loungers. Its a small unheated pool but ideal for a cool down on a hot day.

Cons: We could not fault anything.

Quick Stopover

Pros: Stayed at this hotel for tour pick up. Was expensive but we were upgraded to a Premium. Room. Had small bar fridge. Iron & board and tea/coffee facilities. Beds were comfortable. Didn't utilise breakfast @ EU19. Staff were very friendly, & spoke great English.

Cons: Expensive & aircon wasn't effective. Room phone didn't work

Lovely hotel - clean, great pool area & friendly staff!

Pros: Definitely was better than i thought it would be! Struggled to get a hotel for a decent price in Barcelona for the dates, and with this being the cheapest i weren't 100% convinced it would be amazing but we were definitely pleasantly surprised!! Room was large and lovely spacious bathrooms with a shower one end and a bath the other. Alain (I don't think I've spelt his name right) but he was staffing the pool bar and was absolutely amazing. So friendly! In fact all the staff were great but he stood out for us :) Lovely clean reception/restaurant/pool area! Would 100% return!

Cons: The only slight thing would've been we had bunk beds in the room for the kids instead of two single beds which we would've preferred, but weren't a huge issue!
