Amazing hotel and brilliant staff

Pros: The staff were incredibly attentive - really friendly and so pleased to have us stay at the hotel, which is rare these days. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was so comfy and the room was really spacious and clean and tidy. We liked the added touches like chocolates on the bed, and turn down service in the evening.

Cons: Nothing - everything was brilliant.

We love it!

Pros: Staff was perfect, kind and dedicated (specially, but not only, the hard working asian lady). We received an upgrade, a welcoming wine and a sparkling wine for New Year's Eve. There was a family and very appropriate party at the lobby with DJ after midnight. Breakfast is fantastic. Pool is beautiful. Gym is fine. Location is convenient.

Cons: Room floor deserves renovation or have a beautiful carpet. Better orientation about Parking could be helpful.

Pros: We stayed one night at Ohla Eixample Hotel during our Barcelona trip and left with wonderful memories 💛 The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared ☕🥐 We would especially like to thank Olga 🌸 The fact that she speaks Turkish made us feel truly at home. Writing a Turkish “welcome” note in our room and leaving small treats was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. Offering us chocolate when we were leaving made our stay even more special 🍫 Even though our stay was short, we felt like we were at home. The entire team was kind and attentive 😊 If we visit Barcelona again, this hotel will definitely be our first choice. Once again, our heartfelt thanks to dear Olga for everything ❤️

Enjoyed our stay very much

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and we could walk to most places. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and informative.

Cons: My only negative comment would be that the hallways were quite dark but perhaps that was atmospheric

Special thanks to Olga for being so nice and giving us a free room upgrade, that made our stay even better. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the Eixample neighbourhood.
