Cons: We had two single beds but they were right next to each other, so basically we had double bed. The room was not as clean (there were dust, dirt and hair on floor and elsewhere) as we would have expected from a hotel at this level.

Exceptional service, thoughtful staff, and a truly pleasant experience.

Pros: The hotel was excellent and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They kindly allowed us a late check-out due to our late flight, stored our luggage after check-out, and even gave us access to the sauna to freshen up before heading to the airport. At breakfast, they were very considerate and accommodating regarding an allergy, which we truly appreciated. We were also impressed that they emailed us about a perfume we left in the room to ask what we would like to do with it - we have never experienced such thoughtful service before.

Cons: Nothing - everything was wonderful.

Cons: Room was a bit dark due to lack of natural light, flooring looked a bit tired. TV did not work on last day, seemed to be a loss of internet connection.

Great hotel in an amazing location

Pros: We love this hotel. The location is brilliant and it is the perfect place to stay to visit the city. Staff are very helpful and rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds.

Pros: A hotel that's how you expect it. Everything working and in good order, nice posititon, good breakfast, quiet, with private parking. My room was a spacious junior suite, comfortable.

Well-appointed room; central location

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the generous upgrade to a beautifully appointed suite. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a real treat rather than a standard room. The hotel’s central location was extremely convenient for getting around the city, yet it remained impressively quiet, thanks to excellent soundproofing. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is a definite plus in such a central location. That said, the parking spaces are quite narrow and may be challenging for larger SUVs, so drivers of bigger vehicles should take extra care.

Cons: Found candy from previous guest stuck on the sofa.
