Pros: The location is amazing, the staff are incredibly kind and eager to help. The rooms are big and clean, with amenities and free drinking water, coffee, etc. The bathroom was a bit old, but the shower was very new. I also noticed that they are renovating the first floor and I hear some noise during the day, but at night it was very quiet and calm. I was gladly surprised at how fancy it looks downstairs (lobby, bar, etc). It's the best hotel with the lowest fees in this area of the city. On top of everything, I felt very safe. I absolutely recommend it and will be back next time.

Pros: Perfect location and beautiful location. Very clean and very nice staff in the morning shift! The helped me booking a taxi at 4am

Cons: The reception when i checked in was not too friendly. They spoke to me half in spanish and gave me instruction for wifi and room direction in harsh way. Id expect a bit more welcoming behaviour but aside that it was great to stay there!

Pros: Staff was very helpfull. Hotel was clean, our bedroom has been cleaned every day including changing towels. Breakfast had good selection of food. The bonus for me was little nice gym. I enjoyed my staying.

The hotel was an excellent base for a first time trip to Barcelona, located centrally.

Pros: Great location for first time visit to Barcelona, hotel situated within easy reach of all public transport so we go to see a lot of the city in a few days. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons: On arrival at the hotel (during the European heat bomb) we discovered the hotel had lost power and there was no lighting or air con so the first night was challenging and not particularly restful after a day travelling, the issue was fixed during the following day. The rest of the stay was excellent, would recommend this hotel when visiting Barcelona.

Really lovely staff without exception.

Pros: Breakfast was good- nice variety of food. We liked the location because it’s too noisy for us in the La Rambla area.

Cons: The remote for the tv didn’t work, but we weren’t bothered because we don’t watch much tv. It was room 705 , I’m sorry I forgot to report it.
