Pros: Friendly and supportive staff, great location on a quiet and calm street close to some of the main touristic points. It was a cosy and comfortable stay for us, and definitely a place we would consider again for the next time.

Pros: Great location, clean premises and helpful, courteous staff. The rooms have characterful decor and we were especially grateful to the housekeeping staff who were always prompt and did a great job of cleaning our rooms each time!

Cons: Walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper it may be a good idea to bear in mind and ask for a more isolated room. The staff is responsive and were quick to address complaints.

Small detail changed my view of the hotel which was a real shame

Pros: Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Mini gym was also great for a short workout. Location was good

Cons: I was shocked to learn that you do not provide coffee daily in the rooms! I travel for business weekly and stay in hotels 2-3 time a week. I have never encountered a hotel that will only give you coffee on day one and then charge you per capsule after that. As a bare minimum I would expect to be able to make one cup of coffee in the morning in my room. While this may seem like a minor thing , it matters to me and many people. You are not a cheap hotel and this is a tiny cost to you overall which should be included in the price of the room. Out of principle I would not stay again at your hotel which is a shame as everything else was great

Great short visit to BArcelona in very well situated hotel

Pros: The location was great, the room clean and comfortable beds. We had a balcony which was good to have and as it faced the back it was nice and quiet. The staff were super helpful

Cons: would have preferred walk in shower and not one over a bath. Also thought paying 1.5 euros for each extra coffee pod wasn't good. They should supply two per day.

Family long weekend.

Pros: We went to Barcelona for our daughters 9th birthday, who is a huge Barca fan. The staff in the hotel were amazing and particularly made sure she felt special. We stayed in the duplex family room, which has access to a semi private terrace and pool, which was amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and the staff there were wonderful also. The location is perfect, away from the heavy tourist areas with lots of great restaurants and cafes closely. We will certainly return.

Cons: We couldn't stay longer.
