Allegro Barcelona

Allegro wins the day

Pros: My room was large, my bathroom was perfect for my mobility needs, my request for no clean linen or towels was honoured, which is unusual and I had a kettle and coffee etc. In addition, I lost my door card and it was replaced free of charge, which I had not expected. This is the third Hotel I have used in recent years and it has been the best. I will certainly go back.

Cons: Nothing really.

Absolutely wonderful

Pros: The hotel is located in the Eixample neighborhood, which not only is a strategic central position to visit Barcelona’s hotspots, but it is also full of fantastic restaurants and has easy and comfortable access to Barcelona’s vast subway system. Also, the hotel itself is in very good shape and the room was ample and well - furnished. I also have to mention how the hotel has a luggage room where to store someone’s belongings safely and the staff has always been kind and available to every request or question.

Cons: My only negative remark of this amazing hotel is that we had to do the check - in ourselves, by scanning a QR - code and writing/photographing our ID’s. Honestly, I never encountered another hotel with such a policy, and the process of doing so was clumsy and the website used didn’t work neither smoothly nor comfortably. However, the hotel staff was more than available to help and their contributions were precious

It was good, I liked it.

Pros: I liked the shops are near and u can see the mountains. And it was quiet.

Cons: The was so many buildings around and couldn’t see much from the balcony.

Lovely stay, a little gem. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: Lovely stay in Barcelona, walking distance to everything, staff really helpful. Room was cleaned regularly bedding & towels.

Great location, clean rooms

Pros: Great location, walking distance to Diagonal metro station, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila and Passeig de Gràcia Plentiful good restaurants in the area Very good breakfast, freshly prepared from the kitchen Clean and quiet rooms

Cons: Lack of lighting at the corridors and common areas, makes it difficult to see your way to the room after exiting from lift Window has no view

Comfortable Hotel

Pros: Location, big room ,nice bed and thank you for upgrading.

Cons: The elevator it made a noise

Very pleasant stay at this hotel

Pros: The location is excellent and the facilities are kept up very well.

Cons: Since the floor is all carpeted, it needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. When we arrived, we saw a few spots missing during the prearrival cleaning, nothing mayor but small details count.

Pros: Hotel is on excellent position, breakfast is tasty and fresh. Service is great.

Cons: All detail in hotel.

Other than the beds, the location, breakfasts and excellent staff made our stay a good one.

Pros: The breakfast selection and freshness was very good. The servers were pleasant. The location was excellent. It was easy to walk vector use public transport. We felt safe in that neighbourhood ( our previous hotel was near Ramblas, were I was robbed😞. The rooms were nice and clean, but other beds were very uncomfortable- the mattress was spongy with no support and the pillows were too big and firm. Your staff at front desk were excellent, friendly and helpful at all times. A drastic difference from our previous hotel.

Cons: As mentioned above. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. They were spongy soft with no support. The pillows were too big and firm in comparison. Ever was very clean though.

Lovely birthday weekend stay

Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean, great facilities and in a good location
