Pros: Location very good, good breakfast with lots of choice. Concierge very helpful.

Cons: Our room was very warm even with the air conditioning on did it did not seem to cool the room down so slept with the balcony door open. I asked reception to have a look but there was still no change the following night. So if you like a cooler room do not go in room 701.

Amazing location and superb hotel and facilities.

Pros: Spa and massage was brilliant. Gastropub food was excellent too with great cocktails

Cons: The balcony window couldn't be locked. Though didn't need anything from the minibar, it was not fully re-stocked so I had to highlight to reception staff on check in. Would be great to have bathrobes too in the rooms. Otherwise excellent stay thank you

Excellent option to stay in the city center with family

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were there only for a night but I can see the experience to be top notch even if we were to stay longer
