Gem in the middle of Barcelona

Pros: The H10 Metropolitan hotel is a true gem in the middle of Barcelona. We stayed in a room with a balcony for 3 nights and were very pleased with the experience. The theme of the hotel and the rooms is an interesting one. You get everything you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the amenities all work well. Compliments to the hotel staff, especially the receptionists and porters, who were always very polite. The best part of the hotel is the location, since it's located right next to Plaça de Catalunya, close to all attractions and with great connections to everything. All in all a truly pleasant experience at the H10 Metropolitan.

Cons: One downside is that even though it is stated on the Booking page that the hotel offers vegan breakfast, in reality the selection of vegan options is quite poor. My vegan partner was limited to cereals with vegan milk. Although there was plenty of fruits and vegetables, I would recommend the hotel to try and add some other more protein-rich vegan foods to the selections, such as avocado, hummus, vegan salami and vegan cheese etc. Other than that the breakfast was superb, lots of delicious options.

Great spacious hotel room in the center of Barcelona

Pros: Great Location, just off Placa de Catalunya so it very central. Our room was very clean and spacious. We asked for a cot and we had a perfect cot and towels left for our baby. Chocolates delivered to the room was a bonus :)

Cons: Nothing we didn't like about our stay

Great hotel & location

Pros: Overall great hotel in excellent location - I booked the room with a courtyard & jacuzzi which was spacious

Cons: They gave us two single beds instead of an extra large double as promised. Staff were also a little rude on the first day and told us they were too busy to call us and let us know when our room was ready as we arrived early and were waiting on the rooftop garden for the room the become available

The location and customer service made this hotel a winner.

Pros: Location was great. Excellent front desk service (especially Gian Franco), welcome drink, sweets jar were a nice touch . Nice boutique hotel with character decor. Comfy bed and great shower.

Cons: Room was somewhat small and dated, even for Barcelona standards. Hallway and rooms were dark.

Excellent stay, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly Reception Team. Organised a Taxi for me when leaving and received a warm welcome. Very comfortable beds. Lovely big Bathroom. Pool area at the top of the building was a welcome addition.
