Great staff, hotel and location

Pros: The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. We had to alter our original group booking on arrival and the reception were very helpful, the overall service was great, I would recommend this hotel for both individuals and famiies

The hotel was really great! We absolutely loved it and recommend anyone to book their stay here!

Pros: The breakfast was kind of repetitive, but I liked it. The food was fresh and the food choice was pretty good. I would have really liked a small rotation in terms of food choice along the week, but overall it was great.

Cons: I wish the hotel rooms would have been equipped with cheap house shoes, as dirt particles can gather on the floor and you can get in bed with slightly dirty feet if you don't have some house shoes on.

Good location and great staff

Pros: The location is very good, the staff is very nice and responsive. We had a problem with the toilet refilling but it was solved quite quickly, however to apologize we received a free breakfast, we really appreciated this. We had free water throughout our stay. A very good place to stay, we will definitely come back

Cons: The doors don't isolate noise very well but it's not extremely disturbing, however there is room for improvement here

Pros: The room was spotless every day; we've had free water

Cons: The door of the room does not isolate sound at all, every noise from the corridor can be heard. This was also disturbing in the morning when the staff had begun cleaning
