Good value for money and great room very quiet

Pros: Very nice and quiet room. The sound proof windows are very efficient. Fantastic sleep and large room with balcony. Good breakfast, nice location.

Cons: Moby and breakfast area are middle comfort and not so cosy. Staff ok but could be warmer. Tiny lifts.

Perfect Stay in Barcelona

Pros: Location, cleannes, helpful, smiling and serios staff.

Cons: All were good.

Pros: Grear location, felt safe at night. Very friendly and suppotive staff. And my room was available early. Regular checkout until 12:00 was also very convenient.

Very good hotel in a nice location at a reasonable price!

Pros: Very good location, in walking distance to the main attractions and also safe and beautiful area. Kind and helpful staff; nice, clean and spacious room; very comfortable beds. Brilliant experience!

Cons: As it was a Friday night and there are night clubs on the same street it was a little bit noisy. But credit to them for putting an extra windows which do a good job in stopping most of the noise. And next time I book here, as I will, will rather go for a room without a street view if it is Friday or Saturday.

Great

Pros: The staff were all nice and accommodating. The room is clean and quite spacious for two people. The location is good as there are near train stations and a lot of restaurants around the hotel too.

Cons: If they have a kettle in the room and some complimentary drinks; like water or tea and coffee then that would be perfect since it’s not that of a cheap price to stay here.

Value for money and good location

Pros: Great value for money. I got a room with a terrace. Good space. Did not have the breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The staff was serious and proffesional.

Cons: The key is an old fashion one with a contactaless system. But its big and clumsy so it has to stay at the recption. Could be nice to get a card or any other new mobile system. But its a minor problem.

Pros: It was mostly ok, the hotel's location is close to the center, connected to all important parts of the city.

Cons: I didn't take breakfast when I booked (because I didn't want to) however, on departure, I was charged a tax and breakfast on the last day (22€) which no one even told me I had. I was confused when I got a bill for 57€ on departure, however, there is 22€ for breakfast.

Comfortable hotel

Pros: Everything was great. The staff were helpful, professional and kind and the room was clean and very comfortable. It was located very close to the centre but still quiet.

Cons: Not major as we only stayed one night, but we wished the window was not facing a wall.

Pros: Location was good, many small supermarkets near by, staff very helpful, a small mobile shop next door to buy sim card (opens at 10am), clean rooms, free unlimited small water bottles, breakfast was decent, pharmacy nearby, bus stop nearby
