Pros: Great location, wide selection for breakfast with quality items. Spacious room (we had a junior suite)

Cons: Lack of insonorisation of window: street noise was disturbing during the night. Open bathroom concept is simply not my style

Fantastic hotel, great service in a super location. I´ll definitely be back!

Pros: I was very impressed with my room and the view from the 11th Floor. The room was spacious as were the bathroom facilities. It had everything we needed. The location was very central to several major attractions and we were able to walk to all of them. I was also really impressed with the offer of water in the lobby and the popcorn and sweet station went down a treat with my son. These extra touches really made an overall good impression on arrival.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great. I might have been tempted to enjoy breakfast if it was bit cheaper for guests.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a shopping area, some cafes and restaurants close by, though a bit further from the old town location wise. Really clean and comfortable room. Felt safe in the area. Easily accessible by bus stop outside door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great roof terrace and view.

Cons: The glass door for the toilet and shower is lacking privacy.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Hesperia Barcelona Presidente. The location is perfect—central enough to reach everything easily, yet quiet and relaxing when you’re back at the hotel. Service was consistently warm and attentive. The biggest (and happiest) surprise was how pet-friendly it is: our pet was welcomed with a comfy bed, water and food bowls. It made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for a calm, comfortable base in Barcelona!

Very pleasant apart from 13 ,14 nov that the noise was disturbing.

Pros: The staff the location the facility and breakfast.

Cons: The room was not sound proof. It was above a night club and we didn’t sleep for two nights as the noise of the crowd outside the hotel was disturbing. It carried on till 6:00am. When I mentioned it at the reception. Tell us they could have change the room ! Amazing so 3:00am to change the room ? The night after was the same. They said that’s how it is in Barcelona. It’s not UK to finish everything about 1:00am. Here it goes on till morning. The receptionist was condescending rather than apologetic. This was the receptionist. early morning 15 of nov.
