Pros: - Great location — close to the main attractions and within walking distance of many interesting places. - Easy access to public transport, which made getting around the city very convenient. - The host was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. - The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

Cons: The soundproofing could be better — it was easy to hear neighbors and noise from the street. I think during the high tourist season it might be even noisier in the room.

Nice hostel at an awesome location

Pros: The bed was nice and it had very clean sheets and towels. The hostel was also in a very nice location in the middle of the city

Perfect location and spacious room

Pros: The room was huge and so spacious, a seperate area with a couch and coffee table in addition to the room. Bed was comfy, location was perfect and the owner (I think it was the owner) was such a kind man. We had arrived from a very early flight and could barely keep our eyes open, he let us rest in a different room before ours was ready. We loved everything about our stay

Small Cozy and Central

Pros: The host was very friendly and also very helpful during our stay. The Air conditioner in our room was a huge blessing as the rest of the building was very hot. The location is very central and convenient for any tourist. It was surrounded by great food, shopping and tourist destinations.

Cons: There are no lifts in this place so taking a large heavy suitcase up and downstairs is challenging.

Pros: Nice location, comfy bed, the staff is super friendly and helpful, good WiFi. I can suggest to add a desk to the room, that would have been perfect.

We are very grateful to the staff of the Dragonfly hostel, we enjoyed time spent in Barcelona much!

Pros: The hostel is placed in the heart of the Old Town, with the amazing view on the authentic street. The room was big, bright and clean. The host was very nice, he even provide us some kitchen tools. Despite the fact we booked a room with a shared bathroom he gave us a room with a personal shower! Also, right under our windows a very convenient grocery store (working till 23.00) was situated. This hostel was a perfect option for our short vacations.

Cons: It's not a fault of the host, but I can't help being silent about the street noise during the night. Also we prefer taking a bite inside a hostel, and we suffered without a fridge, because it was hard to preserve food without it.

Definitely worth it!

Pros: We rented a private room with shared bathroom, the room was comfy and the AC worked like a charm, which is a must during summer days in Barcelona. We didn't only have towels but also robes, such a nice detail! There were two shared bathrooms in our floor which were always empty and spotless clean, so it made it feel like private ones. A special mention to Angel, who made us feel like home. I definitely recommend it and will come back again in the future.

Pros: It was great location and nice clean place, bathrooms were always clean, freshly renovated. Place isn’t too crowded, we felt really chilled there. It was very quiet, great host Angelo was very nice and helpful. Room had AC, pictures represented it well. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone going to BCN.
