Great location, recommended for a short stay!

Pros: Great location, convenient in terms of quality/price, good size of the bedroom, kind staff, clean sheets and room.

Cons: Really strong humid climate, also in the room (it was November) and very persistent smells of damp/stagnant. Very small bathroom.

Close to the Palau de la musica, in fact my balcony overlooked this beautiful building.

Pros: Central to everything, Cathedral, tour pick ups, supermarkets. Lovely people looking after everything. Nice breakfast and tea and coffee whenever you wish. I had the lovely man on reception carry down my suitcase on departure. Staff rang for a taxi several times for me.

Cons: The stairs were a challenge with my suitcase when arriving.

Great vacation in a good location and a friendly staff

Pros: Great location. WiFi. Air condition. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Cons: Air condition was little bit too noisy. Breakfast was basic but cheap.

Convenient value for money stay in Barcelona

Pros: Great location right next to Palau de la Musica Catalana and you can see it from the window of our room which was a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags after check out.

Cons: Up a flight of stairs so not suitable for people who aren't very mobile. Bathroom was a strange configuration and relatively small but didn't bother us too much.

Will use it again when I’m in Barcelona.

Pros: Very nice quiet room. Had a kettle! No one bothered me. I was just given a fob which opened outside, hostal and my room door. It’s an excellent location 5 min walk from Plaza de Cataluña and opposite the beautiful Palau de Música.

Good location. Not fancy but sufficient. Quiet.

Pros: Hostel Palau was in a great location. Easy to access the Gothic Quarter and close enough to Eixample. It wasn't fancy, but it suited our needs. Nice view over Palau de la Música Catalana was fun. Many restaurants for any sort of dining experience is close by.
