Worth the money. Be wary of the access.
Pros: The size of the apartment and location was very good. Overall a very clean apartment. Access to all kitchen utensils and cookware. Access to a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer. Also available iron and ironing board, hair dryer and shampoo etc. As you would get in a hotel. Access to Biday!!! Definitely worth the money. 💯
Cons: Upon arrival it is very unclear the exact address of the apartment. This is unclear on booking.com documents. Also it's not clear that you have to use an app to unlock the front door and apartment, we really struggled and the responsiveness isn't great. The management company should create a video of how the door mechanism works and clear pictures of the building so guests are clear before arrival. When this works it's great technology though! If you clear your mobile phone history remember you need to sign in again which is a pain. Also not clear how to get rid of bins during our stay. Not sure if there is a communal garbage bin within the building. If you're staying for a week or so with a baby you need to know how to dispose of nappies !! I think you can use the bins in the road down the street again as a tourist how would we know, therefore, please make this clear.

Pros: The location is amazing, the house is really comfortable and spacious. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious and kitchen is also nice. We enjoyed our stay there, the house is so minimal, only beds, basic furniture and kitchen supplies. The balcony is amazing. We enjoyed it so much.
Cons: I thought that with that price the house should be more clean, in the living room the sofas were dirty. Also I didn't enjoyed that they had not even coffee or tea, one treat or something to welcome us.

Pros: Ulazak u objekat bez kljuca (preko aplikacije), sobe komforne,kreveti udobni. Odlicna podrska zaposlenih i mogucnost da se koferi ostave kod njih u kancelariji bez naknade. Prostran stan za petoclanu porodicu. U prizemlju objekta deda ima kafe i pravi odlicnu kafu za 2e. Preko puta je 365 pekara,pored nje market 24/7.Na 50 m je metro stanica. Postoji kucni red.
Cons: U zimskom periodu prilikom dolaska radijatore treba odvrnuti, ali je grejanje bilo odlicno. Tanki su zidovi i podovi, pa treba biti pazljiv sa bukom i svestan okolnosti. Nije novo ali je u solidnom stanju.

Pobyt bardzo udany :-)
Pros: Lokalizacja była świetna , blisko metra i sklepu całodobowego. Biuro było czynne w niedziele do 23:00 także mogliśmy zostawić bagaże i cały dzień jeszcze zwiedzać , bo samolot dopiero o 22:20 mieliśmy . Każdy pokój miał wyjście na balkon to duży plus.
Cons: Adres podany na stronie booking com to tylko dzielnica a nie dokładny adres, długo błądziliśmy ,w e-mailu był adres podany inny dopiero jak doba hotelowa się rozpoczęła to pokazał się właściwy , my już byliśmy w samolocie i nikt tego z nas nie sprawdził - powinien być podany adres jaki trzeba wpisać w mapy Google, i dokładnie określone piętro na samym początku - także zdecydowanie to jest do poprawy. Prosiliśmy o pojedyncze pościele jednak otrzymaliśmy 3 podwójne … Brak czajnika to też było uciążliwe , wodę na herbatę w garnku gotowaliśmy …

Apartamento limpo, espaçoso e bem localizado
Pros: A localização do apartamento é excelente, facilitando o acesso a diversas partes da cidade. O apartamento em si era espaçoso, bem limpo e as instalações estavam em ótimo estado e eram muito boas.
Cons: Alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados: sentimos falta de cortinas em todos os quartos (apenas um possuía), o que ajudaria a controlar melhor a luminosidade. Além disso, a cozinha poderia ter alguns itens básicos a mais, como papel toalha, e uma quantidade um pouco maior de condimentos (havia muito pouco sal, por exemplo).

Solid stay in Barcelona.
Pros: Solid stay, clean and well kept, well managed business, if not a little spartan, it has all the basics except for food stuffs. It is more business than family touch, but it serves needs very well and we had no significant complaints. The most important feedback is that while the directions for using the digital key were pretty good, better directions are needed regarding the physical location of the apartment because there are two entrances that say 114, and then the apartment is actually on the THIRD floor for US terms, and the SECOND floor in European terms. Either way a fun cognitive task for first timers, especially at 11pm with two tired kids. :)

Pros: O locație foarte primitoare, foarte curată, luminoasă, foarte aproape de toate atracțiile turistice importante , iar de la aeroport faci 15-20 min cu taxiul

Perfect experience
Pros: Perfect location, easy access to all the major streets in city, few steps from the metro station, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants just walking distance from the building, the air conditioning was perfect in all rooms, the owner offer also free washing machine soap, good equipped kitchen. The balcony was very nice in all the rooms. We will definitely be back.
Cons: We had a hard time to enter the property at the first days. But 2 copies of the physical keys for the building and apartment was there at the apartment.
