Pros: The opening photo is not of the room, but of the reception and common area. We stayed in the suite room, where one of the bedrooms also included a small kitchen area. It’s not a full-size apartment, but it was perfectly suitable for our trip. The location is excellent! The reception staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros: Excellent position, strategic and quiet area, very close to Plaça Cataluna and barrio gothico. Metro station is just in front of the building. Many restaurants and shops nearby as well. Comfortable room and services

Loved the place, would stay again if lucky to visit Barcelona again

Pros: Beautiful apartment, great location, friendly helpful staff, cleaners busy every day.

Cons: Shared bathrooms not as nice as en suite but reflected in the price, but super clean so not a problem

it was great to stay in Fashion House, as it is wonderfully located and has a pleasant atmosphere

Pros: location is great, close to Arc de Triumph and the old city, as well as Sagrada Familia and Passeig the Gracia, without being in a hectic area; the room was clean and comfortable, and had a lovely enclosed balcony which overlooked the street (treelined) but was able to be closed off so the noise of the street below was inaudible

Cons: i was finding it a little inconvenient that the bathrooms were separate from the rooms, especially cos there were more rooms than bathrooms

Pros: The Fashion House is ideally located to discover Barcelona, and the staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, and the neighborhood relatively calm. However, there could be more shared bathrooms for the number of rooms, and the wifi, at least in room 1, is just terrible, impossible to have a stable connection, we had to go in the living room. Overall, a good stay though.

Cons: A bit overpriced considering the structure and the room itself.

Good located B&B

Pros: Very good located bed and breakfast. We stayed in a room with shared bathroom. It was enough amount of bathrooms, so we did not have to wait for others to use it. Breakfast is good for the price.

Cons: Bathrooms can be cleaned more often.
