Pros: Very pleasant atmosphere. Antique chandelier and decor. Everything is very clean. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. This was a really pleasant surprise. Very clean room, warm and hot water 24/7😄. Great bed, view from the window - you are right in the center of things. It was simply perfect!! Excellent location and price-quality ratio are just great. Very friendly staff, who always asked if everything was ok 🥰. Thank you for a great vacation.

Would return despite flat pillows

Pros: Excellent location Very clean throughout Was only here 2 nights and didn't expect change of towels/room cleaned but they did. Lovely friendly staff

Cons: The only negatives were the pillows were extremely flat. We had to roll up a jumper or coat to place underneath. extra pillows or chunkier pillows would have made the sleep much more comfortable.

The service was incredible; they were always attentive and willing to help. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is very pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: It was really positive expirience to stay in Villanueva, better than expected. Perfect location and fine room for budget travels for a couple. I can totally recommend.

Cons: I didn't like hard pillows, but slept well even if I can be really noisy outside.

Great value for money, amazing staff

Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was a good size for what we needed. Excellent sound insulation from the street too! We had clean towels every day and enough bedding. When checking reviews, I saw complaints of black mould. The bathrooms are enclosed without windows so this is to be expected however it was not an alarming amount. Hotel staff clearly keep on top of this issue. We would stay here again!

Cons: Considering this hotel is very affordable, there aren't any meaningful negatives to point out except that it would be nice to be able to refrigerate food and drink.

Good economical stay in a central and popular location.

Pros: The location is excellent, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with luggage drop off and storage. The room had patio doors that opened to the Ramblas. Surprisingly, the doors and parisianas were enough to quiet the urban sound for a good night’s sleep.
