Great experience
Pros: Very well located, staff very kind and adapted perfectly when I had to check-in early. Everything was clean and well equipped. You can reach the underground at a short walking distance and even some touristic spots.
Cons: Really I have no complaint.

Good value for money in very central location
Pros: Nice location to explore the Gothic quarter and city centre on foot, a couple of minutes to the Ramblas and metro station. Plenty of bakeries and cafes around so we haven't tried the buffet breakfast. Nice clean rooms, top floor was relatively quiet despite the buzz on the road.

Pros: Great location (though it might be loud, especially at night- but that comes with the great location). The pillows were so comfy and everything was clean/ cleaned regularly. Always friendly front desk staff!

I had a great stay at Hostal Fernando.
Pros: The location is amazing, close to the heart of the Gothic Quarter. The breakfast was very good, always fresh, with many options, and it also varied slightly from day to day. The room was clean and pleasent. The hotel has also a restaurant, where you can get 10% discount at lunch and dinner. The food was great.
Cons: If your room is on the side of the main street, then at night it can be very noisy. Also, early in the morning, you will hear the noise of the trucks coming to provide supplies for the restaurants and shops nearby.

perfect location, very comfy and friendly staff.
Pros: location was fantastic. Centre of the Gothic quarter and withing walking distance of all Barcelona attractions. Plenty cafes, bar in the vicinity. Kitchen is on floor 3, well equipped. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet available with plenty of options. Cheaper than eating out.

Pros: Stuff is super friendly. I really liked my single room on the first floor. The window faced the inner yard, which made it rather quiet, something I prefer. The breakfast had some vegan options. I'm sure that if I had wanted more vegan stuff, I would have received more from the staff. You can store your luggage in separate lockers on your leaving day. Would stay here again.

Great value for money
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. Location is excellent – with easy access to main attractions, restaurants, and public transport The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was functional. Breakfast was a real plus: fresh, tasty, and varied Great value for money and a place we would gladly recommend and choose again.

Pros: Easy check in, great location, friendly staff, receptionist always available, very clean, wifi is working perfectly, hostal provides everything you need for the stay.
Cons: The AC is a little loud even when turned off, I have no idea why, I definitely recommend to bring some earplugs in case you are a light sleeper like me. No other issues.
