Clean, central, and \

Pros: The location was great, right at the heart of the gothic center. You have plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The room was remodeled and everything was clean and neat. You can tell they have invested in renovating the rooms to keep them up to standard.

Cons: The first night, there was no hot water, which was very frustrating since I was not notified during check-in. The room still smelled like fresh paint (due to renovations mentioned earlier) so I had to keep the window open since I am sensitive to strong smells. It was pretty chilly during my stay in Barcelona so it was not convenient to keep the window open. The shower is extremely small. I am 5'3 and 130 lb and had a hard time showering due to the dimentions of the shower space.
