Flateli Pelayo H1

Pros: Perfect location, close to all the main attractions. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and responsible for fixing the issue. We had a great time in Barcelona.

Great apartment for a large family.

Pros: The apartment is amazing. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. It has everything a family needs. Location is great. Would go back there for sure.

Great location, good large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Pros: Location is excellent. Unit was clean and spacious. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Cons: The landlord has a big issue with their messaging system which has been hacked. We received dozens of fraudulent emails and messages asking for our credit card. Very annoying although it did not affect our stay. The landlord did ask us to ignore the messages but it was hard to determine which messages were genuine.

Pros: Clean, comfortable in a great location . Kitchen well set up

Cons: 1 flight of stairs to get to the lift

Our Stay in Barcelona

Pros: In the middle of the city center. Good size apartment for 6 of us. 2 rooms have ensuite bathroom and 1 room with separate bathroom, hence convenient for everyone. Each room is good size.

Cons: Although there is elevator to go to the apartment, to get tho the elevator we still have to bring the luggage up a stair (10-15 steps). Just for information, the elevator only enough for 2-3 persons and can't move while in it, but it works well. The electric kettle is better to be replaced with more decent and clean one. The landlord not consistently responding to us, eg. we have to make international call when we arrived at the property, which cost us quite some money, as my message to ask for check-in code was not immediately responded although we have asked for that the day before, when we departed to Barcelona (2 hours prior), and when we arrived at the location. After the phone call, within seconds we received the check-in access and it perfectly worked. Other things are perfect for us. Thank you.
