Pros: Room quality and configuration allowing to avoid noise from the corridor transfered to the room. Very professional staff. Breakfast quality with Fresh orange juice !

Excellent!

Pros: first impression at night - AMAZING! The entrance, lobby, the big screen, the view, the kind stuff at the reception, the welcome piccolo, everybody was so friendly! Sangria with red wine is delicious!

Cons: There were bad odours from the toilet from time to time, but there was the same problem in Dubai with another hotel.. so it's common unfortunately you can tell some things are from old times - like furniture and other but it still looks good also the ac can't be turned up or down, the temperature is one set for all and somewhere it's hot somewhere cold.. anyway, you can't change it, you can only turn it off not all the staff know english but it was fun to practice spanish

Beautiful business hotel

Pros: Breakfast was very good. I hadn't booked it but it was offered free as a Hyatt member. The room was beautiful - the bathroom/wardrobe area combined was a lovely idea but a bit confusing with so many mirrors. The reception staff were excellent - efficient but human and friendly. There were big water with fruit dispensers in reception.

Cons: The lifts weren't working properly, displaying the wrong floors and it wasn't possible to use the stairs - all access doors were locked! I find that a bit scary.

Perfect place for food rest and play. Great location and great service

Pros: Location was ideal. Close to the airport and right next to the metro station

Cons: Our toilet didn’t work and we had maintenance look at it for 2 hours before they moved us into a different room. Guest services gave us a free breakfast for both days so we were over the moon. Awesome place to stay. Highly recommended

I would stay here again.

Pros: The use of the lounge and its facilities was very handy. Especially while waiting for transport to the airport. The metro was only a 4 minute walk away, from the hotel.

Cons: Waiting at reception to be served, while staff appeared to be busy, then a customer walks straight in and gets served. Unfortunately drains were being service in the basement, which filled the lifts with the smell of sewage.

Almost hit the mark

Pros: Very comfortable room with all facilities. A bit dark and mirrors but very trendy. Lack of a soap dish.

Cons: Major problems with elevators. We waited over 20 mins on 11th floor and eventually got in a going up elevator. Also evening overnight and following morning with no internet.
