Great hotel

Pros: Good location, near my work. Nice sized room, lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't have any food, but the menu looked good.

Pros: The staff were genuinely wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always doing their best to make up for the hotel’s shortcomings. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was good. The area around the hotel isn’t particularly exciting, but there is a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient. The location is well connected by public transport, either by bus or metro, so getting to the city centre is easy.

Cons: The hotel could really use an update. The hallway carpet has seen better decades, and the windows definitely need some attention. If you’re a light sleeper, good luck getting any rest — especially if you end up on the same floor as a group of young English guests, like we did...

Pros: it had a great vibe and style and seemed luxurious - the location was excellent right in the centre and it was good to have the free snacks and drinks in the central communal area - and the staff member we met was great!

Short stay near RDCE stadium

Pros: Needed a hotel for the night near RDCE stadium for a concert. This hotel was ideal as down the road and near a lovely shopping centre

Cheap stay close to Airport

Pros: Good price, 10min drive from airport, lots to do around the area. Overall clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Cons: No coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent staff

Pros: The staff at the reception during our checkout was exceptional. She went out of her way to help me and my daughter look for our uber ride. For some reason, the gps was pinned elsewhere and she kindly explained it to the driver, that way my daughter and I don't need to cross the highway. It was really nice of her. Kudos to this travelodge.
